As the Director of the Almanack Arts Colony, the home of SWC, Callie works closely with us on our events and programming.  A graduate of The New Actors Workshop in NYC, she studied acting with famed director Mike Nichols, Second City co-founder Paul Sills and master-teacher George Morrison.  After a decade in the entertainment industry in NYC and Los Angeles, Callie returned to Nantucket, where she now resides year-round.  Callie has been at the forefront of nonprofit arts-management on Nantucket for the past five years; in addition to her role as the Director of the Almanack Arts Colony, she also serves as the co-creative director for the Songwriters Colony and manages several local musicians.  Prior to her role with AAC, she served as the Development Director for the White Heron Theatre Company, and is a founding member of their acting company.
